Unit had a door that had fallen off. I bent the bottom hinge back in shape and reinstalled the door. Unit turned on and cooled fine on 2/23/24 in Arlington Texas. Using existing pipe along with necessary new pipe reroute through roof and out of the concrete wall using PVC sleeve above the outdoor walk in. Removed the receiver tank and installed new one. Replaced the filter drier. Checked again for leaks and found none. Verified proper operation and Temp on 2/7/24 in Arlington Texas.
